Wish I could be there but I live in Maryland. Any chance of a Stepmonster support group in my area? Might one start up?

I live in Detroit and would like to start a Stepmonster support group here. We did Stepmonster in my reading group–three of us in the group have stepkids–and it was great. But I would love to have a therapist take us through the book and make it more a support group thing…any ideas or therapists you recommend in my area? Thanks.

I live in the detroit suburbs… and would love to connect with you, Lynne. I have wanted to start a gals group for fabulous stepmoms. I’ve thought we could use the forum for sharing our stories, speakers on different subjects (therapists, life coaches, long-time stepmoms), celebrating all we do and are in our role.
I would be thrilled if you are still interested in this.
